• Riders should submit requests only for rides they genuinely intend to join.
• Users should communicate changes, delays, or cancellations as early as possible.
• Drivers and riders must comply with applicable traffic, licensing, insurance, and transportation laws.
• UniRide does not guarantee ride availability, acceptance, or successful trip completion.

4. Safety and User Conduct

Users must act respectfully and avoid behavior that puts others at risk or undermines trust in the community.

• No harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, or abuse.
• No false ride listings, misleading profile information, or fake verification details.
• No misuse of chat, notifications, or reporting tools.
• No use of UniRide for unlawful activity or emergency transport.
• Users should report urgent safety concerns to local authorities first when immediate help is needed.

5. User Content and Communications

You retain responsibility for the information, messages, ride details, profile content, and other materials you submit through UniRide.

By submitting content through the service, you give UniRide a limited right to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the platform, improve reliability, support moderation, and respond to safety or legal issues.

6. Service Availability

UniRide may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, bugs, connectivity problems, third-party provider issues, or safety reviews.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

UniRide is a coordination platform and does not operate as a transportation carrier, employer, or insurer. Users are solely responsible for their conduct, travel choices, and real-world interactions.

• UniRide does not independently guarantee the identity, actions, or reliability of every user.
• UniRide is not responsible for traffic events, route delays, personal disputes, property loss, injuries, or incidents arising from offline interactions except as required by law.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, UniRide disclaims indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Suspension and Termination
